Cream Scones

CREAM SCONES


4 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup cream or milk
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix and sift together flour, baking powder, salt and

then cream. Toss on floured board, "pat to 1 inch thick
