MAPLE PARFAIT
1 cup maple syrup
1 pint cream
4 eggs
To maple syrup add beaten yolks of eggs. Stir until this
comes to boil. Strain and cool. Whip cream and add beaten
whites of eggs. Mix all together and freeze.
