Luncheon Sardine Dish

LUNCHEON SARDINE DISH

1 box sardines
Swiss cheese

Bread toasted on one side
On the untoasted side of bread, spread the oil from the box
of sardines. Place sardines on this side, and put under broiler
until toast is brown.

Serve with Swiss cheese — and parsley as a garnish
