Corn Mufins

CORN MUFFINS
2 cups cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup sweet milk
3 eggs (2 will do — use a 1 teaspoon salt & alittle more milk)
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup shortening
Bake 15 minutes in moderate oven in gem pans.
