Halibut Cutlets

HALIBUT CUTLETS

1 lb. boiled HALIBUT
1 teaspoonful salt
1 cup creamed butter
Dash of cayenne
4 to 6 teaspoonfuls cream

Put boiled HALIBUT through chopper or pick in fine pieces.
Work in the creamed butter and other ingredients. Shape into
cutlets and fry in deep fat.
