PORK CROQUETTE
1 cup chopped roast pork
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup mashed potatoes Nutmeg, parsley, red and black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon onion
Mix with cream sauce and mold.
