OATMEAL BREAD
1 cup liquid
1 tablespoon sugar or
1 1/2 tablespoons Karo Corn
3 Tablespoon cake yeast
1/2 cups oatmeal Syrup or Molasses
2-3 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fat
Heat liquid to boiling and with it scald the oatmeal.
Allow to cool, and proceed making batter as for ordinary
bread sponge.
