Prune Bread

PRUNE BREAD

Take 2 dozen prunes and just cover with water and let stand over night.
Cook in same water.Thoroughly cool and remove pits. Chop fine.

Mix:

4 cups molasses
1 teaspoon soda
2 cans Franklin whole sweet milk

Wheat Flour prune juice together
1 scant teaspoon salt

Add prunes

Mix all together. bake in small loaves in moderate oven

1 hour or more.
