Bread Pudding

BREAD PUDDING


3 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 lemon
Butter
1 cup bread crumbs
1 quart milk
Salt



To well beaten eggs add heaping tablespoon sugar, grated
rind of lemon, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a little melted butter,
1 cup bread crumbs rubbed through the hands, salt to taste.
Add milk. cook in hot oven until brown.
