Yorkshire Pudding

YORKSHIRE PUDDING

1 pt. milk
2 cups flour
4 eggs, beaten separately
1 teaspoon salt

Note. — Be careful not to have the batter too stiff.

3/4 of an hour before the roast of beef is done drain the
fat out of the pan, leaving just enough to keep the batter from
sticking. Bake 3/4 of an hour. This should be a golden brown.
