BRAN MUFFINS Without Eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 cups bran
1/4 cups milk
1 level teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup molasses
Mix dry ingredients, then add wet. put in muffin pans.
Bake 45 minutes.
Cold rice can be added to muffins, cornbread, or
griddle cakes, adding to their lightness, digestibi1ty and
food value.
