CREAM DRESSING (For Cold Slaw)
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt Butter, size of hickory nut
Let come to boil; pour this mixture over two well beaten
eggs, stirring all the time. Replace on stove and let come to
boil; pour dressing over cut-cabbage and set aside to cool.
Just before serving add- 1/2 cup cream.
