STUFFED EGG PLANT
Cut lengthwise 1 egg plant; take out inside meat and grind
through a meat grinder.
3 or 4 slices bread
A little butter
Salt and pepper
Mix all together, fill skins and place in a pan with a little
hot water. Bake 1 hour.
