CARROT PUDDING
1 cup grated potatoes
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup currants
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Stir 1 teaspoon of soda into the potatoes, flour and raisins.
Grease pail, cover tight, steam 3 hours. Serve with sauce.
