Scalloped Beef or Lamb

SCALLOPED BEEF OR LAMB

1 teaspoon browned butter

Cut cold meat in small pieces, put in baking pan. Make
sauce from bones and gravy, add chopped parsley and 1 table-
spoon Worcestershire sauce. Mix some bread crumbs with browned
butter and sprinkle on top and bake.
