Brazilian Turkey

BRAZILIAN TURKEY

1 lb. dry bread
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups coarsely chopped nuts
1 teaspoon sage
1 large onion chopped fine
4 eggs

Salt and pepper

Moisten bread in milk, add nuts, onion, oil, sage and
seasoning. Mix thoroughly, add 4 well beaten eggs and bake
in well oiled dish for 2 hours. Garnish with parsley and serve
This is DELICIOUS served cold.
