Macaroni

MACARONI

1 lb. macaroni
Yolk of egg
Pinch of mace Butter, size of walnut
1 cup cream
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon flour
Grated cheese

Boil the macaroni 1/2 hour In water in which has been
added mace and salt. Have ready a sauce made of the other
ingredients; put macaroni in baking dish. Pour sauce over
it grate cheese on top and brown in
