Clam Fritters

CLAM FRITTERS

1 1/2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder
Salt and pepper

Clean clams, drain and chop. Beat eggs until light, add milk
and flour which has been mixed and sifted with baking powder.
Season lightly with salt and pepper. Drop by teaspoonful and
fry in deep fat.
