FROZEN APPLE FLOAT
3 pints stewed apples Sugar
1 pint cream Vanilla
4 eggs
Put apples through sieve, sweeten to taste and flavor with
vanilla. Beat this light with egg, whip and add well beaten
eggs. Before freezing add the cream. This makes three
quarts when frozen.
