Nut Cakes

NUT CAKES (Thin)

1 egg, unbeaten
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup maple syrup or brown 1 cup chopped nuts, preferably
sugar pecans
2 tablespoons butter or substitute Vanilla

Drop by half teaspoons on greased tins. If brown sugar
is used, flavor with vanilla.
