ONION AND CHEESE SOUP
2 tbsp. butter substitute
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
2 cups water
5 onions
Melt butter substitute, add flour and water in which the
onions have been cooked. Stir until it boils. Add milk, and
just before serving stir in cheese. Season to taste with salt
and cayenne pepper and serve very hot.
