STEAMED CHOCOLATE PUDDING
5 squares Maillard's Chocolate
5 eggs
5 tablespoons butter
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler, add first yolks
and then whites of eggs beaten separately. Place in ring mold
without 1d and steam for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with hot
chocolate sauce or whipped cream.
