SWEDISH SPONGE CAKE
4 eggs
1/2 cup Swedish potato flour
1 cup sugar
pinch soda
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cream of tartar
Beat the yolks very stiff and add the sugar gradually;
then other ingredients. Fold in stiffly beaten whites last.
Bake 40 minutes in a slow oven.
